In the series premiere of this drama, a top-notch neurosurgeon (Patrick Wilson) begins receiving visits from the ghost of his ex-wife (Jennifer Ehle), who teaches him what's important in life. Shortly after her first visit, she asks him to help out at a low-income clinic where she worked.
